Fourteen pages at 5 x 7 in (1500 x 2100 px): an announcement with its back, a party invitation with the details card, an open house, a card for two graduates in one family, a photo announcement, a thank-you card written through, a blank pair, a page on when to send each, and one on what goes on them.
Who it is for
Graduates and their families, and anybody hosting the party afterward.
Why this set and not a single page
An announcement is not an invitation. One tells people it happened, the other asks them to come. Sent to the wrong person, an announcement reads as a request for a gift – so these say otherwise.
The full name, the real degree. As the diploma has it, and the degree in words rather than initials half your family will not ask about.
The details card answers the phone calls. Food, parking, children, what happens if it rains – the four questions you would otherwise answer eleven times.
A card for two graduates. One family, two finishing years, and nobody wanting two parties.
The thank-you card, with the shape written on it. Name what they gave, say what it will be used for, two sentences, within two weeks.
Timing that works. Invitations four weeks ahead, announcements after the ceremony, replies two weeks before you order food.
