Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Because a download cannot be returned,
all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download link has
been sent. Please read this before you buy.
Before you buy
- Every product page lists what is included, the file formats and the sizes.
- Preview images show the actual layouts you receive.
- Templates open in Canva — check that you can access a free Canva account first.
When we do make it right
A no-refund policy is not a license to sell broken files. Contact us at
hello@trendtemplates.com within 14 days if:
- the download link does not work or the file is corrupted;
- the file differs materially from what the product page described;
- you were charged twice for the same order.
We will fix the file, resend the link, or refund the payment — whichever solves it.
Wrong purchase
If you bought the wrong template by mistake and have not downloaded it yet, write to us
within 48 hours. We will usually swap it for the one you meant to buy.
Consumer rights
At checkout you tick a box to ask for immediate access to your download and confirm you
understand that digital products can’t be returned once delivered. For customers in the EU,
this ends the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply; the same confirmation is
repeated in your order email. Where local law grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights
are unaffected by this policy.
