Sixteen US Letter pages that line up with the stock people actually buy: ten sheets of six 4 x 3 in badges for Avery 5392 inserts and lanyard holders, a sheet of eight Avery 5395 adhesive Hello stickers, a sheet of eight 3.5 x 2.25 in clip-on badges, two folding desk plates to a sheet, a page of eleven drawn characters, and the two pages on what fits which holder and what size type reads from where.
Who it is for
Teachers setting up a room, camps and daycares, parents running a party, and anyone running an event with a box of badge holders and eighty names to print.
Why this set and not a single page
Sheets that match the pack. Avery 5392 (six 4 x 3 in badges), Avery 5395 (eight 2⅓ x 3⅜ in stickers) and 3.5 x 2.25 in clip-holder inserts, each laid out to the maker’s template — with crop marks for plain card stock.
Eleven characters, drawn not licensed. Bear, bunny, fox, cat, panda, frog, chick, owl, lion, elephant and whale, with cheeks, paws and a light in their eyes — built from Canva’s own shapes, so nothing goes missing on the free plan.
Six different people on every sheet. Real names, grades, tables and roles on each badge, so you retype rather than design — and the first name is always the biggest thing on it.
The badges events actually need. A role band for speakers, sponsors and volunteers, a color per conference track, a staff badge on a light card, pronouns with an ask-me line, and a blank with a frame you drop your logo onto.
Type size against distance, at true size. One rule — a capital 1 in tall reads from 10 ft, so feet ≈ point size ÷ 10 — and the same name printed at 48, 44, 18 and 10 pt, the sizes the set itself uses, so you see it rather than guess.
Five colorways and a print set to color in. Terracotta, sage, navy, pink and black — plus an outline set where every character is line art a child can color in.
